DHC CONSTRUCTION PLANNING

We are still navigating our way through the final requirements of the eThekwini Municipality building department. The final approval of plans will be the end of a very long process and it will mean that we can go to tender once we have secured 80% of construction costs, i.e. R23M. At present we have R21.5M, so we are pulling out all the stops to raise the additional R1.5M. The professional team are also working hard to prepare the tender documents and meeting weekly to coordinate all the details.
