DIZIMO & STEWARDSHIP CAMPAIGN: A SHARING OF OUR BLESSINGS
.
Stewardship (referred to as “DIZIMO" since 2021 in the Archdiocese of Durban) is the committed and earnest dedication of our Time, Talents and Treasures that we have been so abundantly blessed with in thanksgiving to God and in acknowledgement of all that He has given to us. We strongly believe that every person is unique, every person is special, and every person has within themselves the ability to “give back" in some meaningful and dignified way that contributes immensely to the building of the Kingdom of God.
To learn more about the importance of Stewardship in and for our Christian communities please watch the presentations below:
What is Christian Stewardship/DIZIMO?
Fr. Desmond Nair, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes in Westville, explains DIZIMO/Stewardship in English.
Fr. Sfiso Ndlovu, Parish Priest of Immaculate Conception in Pinetown, explains DIZIMO/Stewardship in isiZulu.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Rev. Fr Brett Williams, on behalf of the Archdiocese, shares with us all a wonderful message of thanks and gratitude from the Archdiocese for all the love shown, sacrifices made and contributions given during this especially difficult time in our lives.
Thank you for your gift of Time, Talent and Treasure to the building of the Kingdom of God!!

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. – 2 Cor 9:6-8
